At LightFixturesUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices. If a fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack with Care

  Place the fixture back in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and instructions included to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
